The installation of any aftermarket part may void or otherwise adversely affect your factory warranty. In addition, such installation and use may violate certain Federal, State and Local laws, rules, and ordinances, as well as other laws when used on motor vehicles operated on a public highway, especially in states where pollution laws may apply. Always check Federal, State, and Local laws before modifying your motorcycle. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for his or her use, and the user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk, and liability and all other obligations, duties, and risks associated therewith.
Motorcycles can be dangerous. YouBilt Cycle Parts. has no control over the usage of any part. YouBilt Cycle Parts. expects its customers to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. YouBilt Cycle Parts. assumes no responsibility for damages or injury of any kind related to the misuse, or improper application, of any part in any way by any person. YouBilt Cycle Parts. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
Fitment:
Will part "X" fit my bike?
Most YouBilt Cycle Parts. are custom designed for the Cleveland Heist 2018 to present, as well as 2010-2016 models, or both. If it’s specified as a universal part meant for custom fabrication use, welding, drilling, or other fabrication may be necessary.
Fitment Information:
If you do not have suitable tools to install the part, borrow them. Seek help from a trained professional or the old guy down the street, who has been riding and maintaining his bikes for the last 40 years. He should be able to help you learn what's what on a motorcycle.
All of the photos and application information contained herein are accurate to the best of my knowledge.
Agreement:
These terms and conditions are here to protect both you the buyer, and I as the supplier. I have tried to make them as simple as possible.
By purchasing from YouBilt Cycle Parts. you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out.
All sales made by YouBilt Cycle Parts. are subject to these terms and conditions, except where agreed otherwise in writing. Prices may be adjusted without notice.
On occasion, items may sell out, or restocking may be delayed. Just write me an email and I will see what I can do.
I will always endeavour to offer the best possible service, so if you have a problem with a product or service, please contact me immediately, so I can try to rectify it as soon as possible!
Orders:
Please bear in mind that YouBilt Cycle Parts. is owned and operated by just one person.
Because of the custom nature of these products, shipping may sometimes be delayed. I try to get all orders shipped within 5 business days after payment received. Occasionally an item can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. I am more than happy to provide estimates on turnaround time and tracking information as soon as we have it available. Please email me to request this information!
Pre-order Items:
All items stated as PRE-ORDER take time to produce. I will notify you when your product is ready to ship.If you purchase items in stock along with a pre-order item, your complete order will be shipped once the pre-order items are produced, and ready to ship. After that, it’s up to the postal system to do its work.
Payment:
Domestic Customers:
If you live in South Africa and are interested in a YouBilt Cycle Parts. product. I prefer to give estimates on the cost before ordering. Please contact me for orders and shipping rates
International Customers:
I accept Paypal only. All prices are in US dollars.
The checkout process for YouBilt Cycle Parts. happens entirely on Paypal, a secure payment processor. Please refer to the Paypal website for up-to-date information on their security policies and procedures.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that I've received it. Please double check the address! Your shipping address must match the PayPal shipping address on the Transaction Details Page. Please, bear in mind, we will not ship any products until we receive your confirmed address. YouBilt Cycle Parts. holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address.
Shipping:
All items are shipped from South Africa. There are two shipping options:
Registered Airmail Small Packets – this is a cost-effective solution for smaller parcels which includes tracking. Please be aware that this service does not come with the option to insure the parcel.
EMS courier – this courier solution partners with local post offices and offers tracking and insurance. For high-value orders we would recommend insurance. This service is quoted upon request.
I do not use a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer.
Overseas orders can take upwards of 4 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Unfortunately, delays in the postal service and customs, and during holidays times, are out of my control, and I cannot be held responsible for them.
Tracking:
Once an order ships from YouBilt Cycle Parts., tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility.
Customs and Duties:
I adhere to all customs requirements and can’t mark the package as a gift or falsify the value. Any taxes/duties/customs fees charged by your country are strictly your responsibility.
International orders can sometimes be delayed by customs for up to 6 weeks. This is not a common thing, but it can happen. Please be patient, it'll be worth the wait!
Domestic Return Policy:
YouBilt Cycle Parts. will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact me within 10 days of receipt at [email protected]
YouBilt Cycle Parts. will not accept returns or exchanges of parts that have been used, or parts damaged in transit, under any circumstances. YouBilt Cycle Parts. takes no responsibility for the loss of goods in transit.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. You are required to use a trackable shipping service. You will receive return shipping instructions via email. Items must be in the condition you received them. All refunds will be processed when I receive and inspect the original items.
Refunds will be processed less Shipping & Handling charges originally paid. For exchanges, there will be an additional Shipping & Handling charge for the new item.
International Returns Policy:
While your satisfaction is of utmost importance, at this time it is unfeasible for orders outside of South Africa to be returned or refunded.
This is due to:
- Fluctuating exchange rates
- The complexities of South African Reserve Bank PayPal policy
- Customs and Duties on returned items entering South AfricaTherefore,

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
Returns will only be accepted if you have received the wrong item(s).

Loss and Damage:
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. Lost items are extremely rare, though occasionally items can take longer to arrive than expected. If you think your purchase may be lost, please check first with your local sorting office, and neighbours, with whom the parcel may have been left. Items more often than not are in fact at the local sorting office awaiting collection!
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with the postal service. No refunds or replacements will be given for products damaged in transit.
Privacy:
Payment details are collected and utilised directly by PayPal. I do not have access to your card or payment details.
I will use any details you supply, such as email address or phone number, for the sole purpose of customer services. I will not use your details for marketing purposes unless you have directly signed up to my mailing list or asked me to do so on your behalf.
I will not share your details with a third party.
